Home from a weekend in Dallas...
my niece just bought a new house, lucky girl. We went shopping on Saturday....always frustrating for a fat girl. The Galleria is gorgeous, and just poking around the Betsy Johnson boutique was worth it-but that mall doesn't even have a Lane Bryant. I did meet the only normal, plus sized saleswoman I've ever seen in a Nordstrom; she sold me a mascara and we bonded over the lack of plus size clothing.
However, after the mall, we went to DSW and I indulged my inner shoe-whore like nobody's business. Also came home to find out that I won a very cool pair of cowboy boots on ebay for not so much.
My favorite new shoe line= Chinese Laundry. Tacky, but so fun.
So that was my weekend. Woohoo.
