I am always stunned when Waterloo Records doesn't have the cd I am looking for. After driving around most of the afternoon listening to cheesy radio, I deserved better. Oh well, managed to spend $$ there anyway.
Driving around is such a love/hate thing with me...I love my big red pickup truck, it's the most intense emotional relationship I have right now. But lordy do I hate the traffic in this town. If you are going less than the speed limit, get the HELL out of the fast lane!!!! Not to mention gas prices; never buy a vehicle with a 33 gallon gas tank. Filling up all the way is a thing of the past these days.
John Dee Graham is playing at Shady Grove tonight, and I don't get to go...family night with dad and the siblings. I need to get back on the streets more, I have been too quiet for too long.
