i have been sucked into watching baseball because of the cubs.
i really don't like baseball very much, but it's a city pride thing. and some of my best friends are cub fans. and it's fun to a part of that.
so i lay nearly comatose on the couch and watched a pretty decent, very long game tonight. i'm happy they won, but also realize this commits me to watching more baseball games.
and basketball season's about to start - what the hell do i do?
i need need need the new Hey Mercedes and the Jaylib record. now!

i think part of the problem is coming from right outside of chicago..i'm used to a little more then DM has to offer....but still i like it..

i actually sort of watched part of that game last night. i was in a bar with tvs and a cubs fan. she had to explain how this whole "world series" thing works to me.
