Hey, bro. Crazy times, eh? Thanks for riding out the storms with me last night. I think I'm mainly doing some emotional recallibration right now- mapping out the highs and lows so I can be more comfortable in the middle, you know? You reminded me of a few things that shouldn't even need to be said but were good to hear never the less. I appreciate it. Generally though, my gloom and doom meter isn't quite as off the charts as I might have made it out to be. I just need to remember to not talk about Lucien Carr.

i used to listen to music before i would fall asleep actually! i'm really bad when it comes to bedtime habits. i used to have to have someone talk to me while i fell sleep, then there was tummy rubs and the worst i needed vicodin before i fell asleep, but nowadays i've been falling asleep cold turkey tongue
