WWOZ was the only thing that got me through the day driving trucks around NOLA. That and WRNO. "We are the Rock of New Orleans!" I'm so happy that WWOZ has a webcast. You have to check it out at different times. The DJs just play whatever they feel like. I think Sunday nights they usually do regge. Weekday mornings you can catch jazz roots. Friday nights is Blues and such.

I got back from LA late last night as my flight was diverted due to severe electrical storms. There's something mildly disquieting about taking off with lightning forking off in the distance.

Hey thanks for the birthday wishes, I had a top night last night I went to Mondo's Organic Restaurant in on West End, with about 20 close friends, the food was great and the company even better just how I like to spend a birthday. The only thing missing was you and some other SG friends. 
BTW we now have 2 new dogs at that site a Doberman and a German Shepard, see devil was worth 2 dogs.

Oh! so sorry to hear about pig... I am such a bad and rarely visiting friend... but you also are in my thoughts. things have been really crazy around here. and I mean REALLY and literally crazy not just busy with work and school, but really crazy and full of drama. so i just really havent had any thing left over for anyone else. but that doesnt mean I am not thinking about you! i promise give pig a scratch for me.
