crying in thearapy is fine. crying in life is actually also fine. you seem to have a therapist that is quite directive and affirmative as he/she gives you hints on how he/she thinks. That IS great. I've done many years of therapy and i wish that, sometimes, i would have had a nice little tap on the back with a voice saying: yeah, well done, tiger

my guinea pig likes cold watermelon. I just have to be careful of the seeds. It's cute as hell watching him eat it. Poor man's airconditioning.

When I speak of this to my friends I always get varying looks of doubt and distaste. Like they think there's something's wrong with that. Like they think something's wrong with me. There's two things that I can never bring myself to do under any circumstances... I can't fake happiness and I can't fake sadness.
