At the end of May I had one of my rodent friends put down, Pig, the rambunctious guinea pig. Today I put his buddy Horse to sleep. In addition to his heart murmur, cataracts, and two broken lower teeth, he had lumps (possibly tumors) and a possible abscess. He was incredibly old. He was lonely too.

He was a great friend. Whenever you fed him, he came out and made this happy little thank you noise. I will miss him a lot.
