Sunday was pretty good (I hope yours was as well). After arriving home around dawn, I took care of a few things and then got a few hours sleep. Woke up to find that my co-host had figured out how to send text messages. Her inaugural message? SCREW OFF!

In the afternoon I made my way to the west side, then the co-host, her producer and I made our way north. It was a great day weather-wise, we took in the drive through the Malibu canyon, then hit a cool little spot called Paradise Cove. We split a bottle of wine and enjoyed the sunset on the beach (though the sun actually ducked behind a cliff, it was still cool), then wandered along the beach for a bit. Once it was dark we headed back down, taking the PCH (which was actually quicker than taking the main highway). Her producer had to bail to go work on another project, so we ended up screwing around in the studio until the wee hours. The tracks and sequences are really sounding good, I'm really looking forward to hearing it all come together.

Tonight will probably be a night off - I need to do some things around the house, and need to put some sleep in the bank. I also need to get some work done on a few of my own projects...
