Hey guys! So I told everyone I would be starting my midweek meal this week since last weeks didn't exactly go as plan. I kept it simple this week with a delicious slow cooker chicken taco recipe, since it was so simple (but really delicious still) I had the time to make these great green detox smoothies to go with it! So I'll tell you guys how I made those first!
Super Green Smoothie
5 Kiwi
2 Thick slices of Pineapple
1 Lime-juiced
1/2 cup Mint leaves
1/2 Avacado
1 Slice of Ginger (I just sliced off about an inch long piece)
1 1/2 cup Aloe (not even half of that whopper of a leaf)
4 tbsp Honey
2 cups Ice
Smoothies are pretty simple, cut everything up and stick it in a blinder! I hat to blend everything but the ice then blend the ice in, but my blinder is small!
I had planned on adding in a cup of spinach in but we didn't have any! This smoothie wasn't overly sweet but that's how I like them, earthy and delicious! This's made 2 really big delicious smoothies to go withhhhh
Super Easy Crockpot Chicken Tacos
6 Chicken cutlets
1 large Jar of your favorite Salsa
1 cup Chicken broth
1 1oz Taco Seasoning packet
4oz Cream Cheese (half block)
Take your chicken cutlets, salsa, broth, and taco seasoning and put them into your crockpot for 4-6 hours, I chose 5 cause I'm weird when given options like that. 15 minutes before your chicken is done, add the cream cheese. Once it is completely done mix it all up and shred your chicken with a fork. It should pretty much fall apart.
this recipe is really delicious but I think next time I will be taking out the broth, and adding another jar of salsa to get more flavor! I topped my tacos off with refried beans, cheese, onions, avocados and sour cream! They were messy and delicious!

I gotta try that Super Green Smoothie. Looks delicious. I have never used aloe before.
