Time to get my lazy ass outta bed. Feeling good. Ive come such a long way with help from my lil bro whos pushed me to be more healthy towards my eating and to just get more active. For awhile running a mile was so hard for me to do. Now i can accomplish 3 miles without feeling like im going to die lol finally hit my goal! 135lb #gymtime #cardio #Pixlr
