I learned to make Naan and Chicken Jalfrezi today from an Indian guy, he teaches in a public school here in Korealand. I now feel stuffed and a bit like a fat bastard, but I am happy with my new cooking skill. It is Naan that will be the most useful as it is very easy compared to sourdough or 90% of anything else I bake. I'll have to take pictures next time.
