my back is killing me again.
i pulled a muscle in my back, and this has happened 2 times before, but this was the first time it happened while skating.
it totally sucks, i can hardly look over my shoulder, and yesterday it even hurted when i took a deep
breath...
this means that i cant work for at least a week, and that i cant skate for a couple of weeks
the thought of having to sit at home for at least a week, not being able to do anything already drives me mad...

I hate pulled muscle. Try to take it easy, though. Once, I had a bad habit of not letting things heal, I just kept pushing myself. It took foreverfor things to stop hurting.
