So after deciding that I didn't want to kill 2000 people on the cruise ship to test Dufraisnes latest toy - I was severely reprimanded and he now had me in his pocket. One more slip up, and it was to become painfully obvious that it wasn't really him I was taking my orders from. His next assisgnment has me traversing the frozen wastes in the dead of night, with orders to execute every man that stands between myself and my target, a ship. I don't know what the intended use for the ship is - because Dufraisne isn't a man you question. He's a man you obey.

The first guard got any away with a sleeper hold. Then I was reminded that Dufraisnes trust was more important than the lives of these men. Mechanically, I hunted and killed them one by one, dragging their corpses into the darkest corners until I found myself a few yards away from the ship. There's the rope. Just like he said. Between me and it are three more guards, and a floodlight.
The guards have flashlights, and are marching far too quickly for me to be able to pick them off one by one.
My first move was to disable the power generator for the floodlight with an EMP round. Nightvision activated. The guards are panicky now, and follow their flashlight beams at a quicker pace, weapons drawn.
...perhaps not my greatest idea.
I sneak around the edge of the area, and manage to drop silently to the lower level of the icy plateau. They are above me now, and the beams won't fall on me. I have in my possession an item that I picked up earlier. A deadly wall-mine that I had manged to diffuse and hadn't really intended to use it myself - too much noise. But no one on that ship would hear a thing over the wind. Not from that distance.
I plant the mine. I whistle to bring the guards closer. I wait and listen to their tense voices chatter back and forth. Closer. Closer.

I step over the trio of flaming corpses.

Twenty men dead. An average of one body every two minutes. And the night is still young.

Haha, you wish. No, me and glassmachine are going to run an ARG. You remember us discussing some time ago that idea about the web project you were going to do about the robot sending transmissions back through time abuot the end of the world or soemthing? Well kind of like that, I won't go into details as it's eventually going to be kinda hush-hush, but hit me up on MSN and we'll chat about it. I think it'll intrigue you and we might even be able to use your help.
