Nic and I were trundling down the street that is just a bit further up the hill from our place on our way back from the pub when we saw a good number of 'To Let' signs.

So we figure we may as well check out the website that the majority are from, as the buildings on the that street are really nice - and you never know, might be nicer than our flat.

So Nic checks that website, and we find one of the properties on the aforementioned street.

It's a basement flat, with large rooms, gas central heating and a garden, for exactly the same amount that we are paying for our current flat.

We want gas heating - these night storage heaters are a bit of a nightmare.
We want a garden. We could have a cat then. And grow herbs and shit.
I'm not certain - but i think it's got wooden floors. I like those. Mmmm, wood.

So yeah. We're gonna go for a viewing today.

If we like it, we'll be moving there at the end of Febuary.
