Shocked to see the news that 2000AD artist Kevin O'Neill has passed away (announcement). I have grown up with his artwork. There was the excellent work he did on Nemesis The Warlock, and then much later on The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen with Alan Moore. There was almost a lot of background detail going on in his art. A shame he is not with us anymore, but he has left behind a great body of work.
