Went to see a cool band on Saturday night - Vain!
Now, my guess is your probably thinking "Huh?" or "err...who?", and I was much the same till very recently.
Vain were one of those bands who produced one amazing debut album in about 1990, exactly the wrong time to be doing so (cos it was just before grunge killed off rock n'roll...) Until now, that is!
Vain were incredible - Davy Vain still looks pretty good but more importantly is voice is amazing, different to just about anyone else I can think of. Very distinctive. And the band are awesome. All I can say is - Davy? What took you so long.
The other good thing about shows like this is that the crowd is full of sexy guys and girls. I didnt know where to look, so I settled on the stage for my kicks.
