June's full moon gets its name from the Native Americans who used it as a guide to the start of the berry season. It's the full moon just before the summer solstice, and the final full moon of spring. Here in the UK it rose just above the sea before dissapearing behind a cloud. Then it briefly reappeared before another cloud engulfed.

@kungfury every now and then a moon event comes along but the colour of this one was lovely.

@tonyhammond Yeah it's the same here too. But we usually have an orange moon which is usually cool looking. I'll try to pic it next time if I see it!
