going to yoga tonight, its been 2 weeks and I miss it so much (Holiday last week no class) I pulled my hip bowling last tues. though and its still tight I don't know if it'll slow me down tonight or if it'll be ok. hopefully doing the stretching will help it heal better. I've been trying to stretch a bit on my own its so much different in class though.

I had the spanish channel on last night, I think I was watching something about the 7 deadly sins and how you were going to hell if you didn't repent...yeah...I think it was like the 700 club in Spanish...lol I dunno I could be WAAAAY wrong here but thats how it looked to me...lol

if you haven't tried "yoplait" whipped yogurt, you're missing something. the chocolate ones are to die for, its not even like yogurt. YUM!!! I happen to like yogurt to begin with so this is like the best shit ever in my book.
