I made Kool-aid today, with real sugar! ahhh, what memories, adding all that sugar and hearing the granuals crunching at the bottom as I stirred it up, then drinking its sugary goodness. for those of you who don't know...I almost always drink water, fruit water, or a crystal light type of beverage. never anything like Kool-aid! it was so yummy and good!

god -I havent had coolaide since I was in preschool I think - so much sugar - and its like a lot less sugar than soda I guess - I just drink water all the time too - I think thats one of the best things you can do for your health is drink lots of water and not sugary stuff - oh, and I drink a crap load of coffee too.... which cant be that healthy - but, if Im going to damage my body, Id rather do it with highly caffinated coffee and at least get a ~bzzzzzt~ going on

I can't help but notice, however, that apparently no one took me up on my offer of a few of my pounds here and there as I am still, so far as I and a $20.00 scale are able to determine, fat.
