I run a car service center and I run a body shop. I also rent Budget trucks and am in charge of maintance and records. feel like I have 3 full time jobs at the same place and time. I'm pretty good at motavating people through complements, encouragement and costructive critisizum. (I feel like this is a resume!) I can also do light mechanical work, body work, and auto painting inc. some custom work.
So how are you? do you have a job that sucks and are underapprieciated? It sucks no ever being told you are doing a good job. That's why I give credit where credit is due. I just got my hair cut by a new girl for the first time. She did a great job. As close to perfect you can get on a strange looking head like mine!!! I made it a point to call her and tell her how much I liked it. I get phone calls all day with negative news as do most people. I called her to make her day better! She was happy and thankfull.

I left my dogs at my Dad's last night, is was nice having so much space to sleep, they're such little cuddle-bugs. don't get me wrong, I don't mind having them in the bed with us, but sometimes its nice to be able to roll over without hitting a doggie.

About the pictures to your journal....
1 open the picture you want to put in your journal.
2Right click on the picture and select Properties.
3 There you will find the address of the picture which you cut and paste.....
4 Under Update your journal you will find column"Insert"click on Image paste the address and thats it.......

i know how much it hurts when you realize your husband/wife aren't the person you ell in love with... my advice to you is if you feel you have exhausted all options you have done what you can do. i have been there. it will give your soul the rest it needs. but if you feel that it is still worth trying... that is what yolu should do... this first above all else if you still want it to work.
