First - you need to take care of yourself. You need to call your doctor and get some help now. Even after the 2 events have come and gone you will most likely still have a lot of the same feelings. You also need to slow down - it won't do anyone or any organization any good if you make yourself sick and can't function.. Most important person is you - you come first.
Second - you made a mistake in saying is he just being "a man", a MAN does not treat a woman like that a immature boy does. not all men are that way - - some are really good people.
Keep your chin up - and if things get to tuff for you to handle it on your own - ask for help from someone you can trust.

When I was that low, two things helped me.
1) Paxil. God, that helped me out of my depression very well, and I never had any side effects.
2) The thought that someone would have to go through all my shit. I have things that NOBODY in my family needs to know about, so the idea of them finding this stuff after I was dead was enough to make sure I wasn't gonna do that to them OR their memories of me.
