I am doing good, just haven't felt like bloggin'.
Still working my crap security job until I can find a job doing hair. I actually have the weekends off now, so that makes it a little easier stress-wise. I've been undergoing a little bit of a spiritual renewal or something lately, reading a lot of religion books and things like that. I have found some positive messages to be gleaned from the experience, and it has helped my outlook tremendously. So many of my friends just "slam the door" when religion or anything like that is spoken of, and that is unfortunate. I believe that religion, just like anything else, can be good in moderation, but when it is taken to its extremist end become dangerous. And by religion, I don't necessarily mean god or gods or whatever, but realizing that there is something greater than us, even if it is just a shared emotional experience, group psychosis or whatever.

Not at all, Toni. I read everything you write (althuogh sometimes a response isn't always needed or available). I have a big aversion to religion myself. Not in the listening to it, but in beliving what most have to say about it.
