Wellllll....

I start back to cosmetology school Tuesday. Yay!

It sucks though, because I'm on the desk taking appointments and talking loudly to old ladies for the whole week.

But, on the bright side, I get to get my hair redone, and do alot of reading.

I am waiting on some JFK items I won off of Ebay. I am a dork, but I am an excited dork.

So far, I already have some really cool stuff, like an original campaign poster and the classic Vote For Kennedy button. I am waiting on a copy of the Dallas Times Herald that has the coverage of JFK and Oswald's funerals.

I may sound obsessed, but the reason I try and collect these things is that I want to preserve the past for the future, if that makes any sense. Any time I'm out and see something old and really neat, I scoop it up. You never know what you might find at Goodwill or some other random place! I once got a Near Mint copy of the Meet The Beatles LP for 60 cents! I also happened on a (nobody knows who this is) Freddy Martin 45 box set, and it is autographed! This guy was a band leader on the level of Benny Goodman and Glenn Miller during his time. I got that for 1 dollar.

I'm going to go now, and feel totally nerdy in my room.
