I was thinking about how my age makes me kind of different as a member on this site (I'm old enough to technically be some of the SG's father), but then I thought its not about differences, its about finding common ground. Then this popped into my head:

We all want to be loved
We all want to be paid
We all want to be valued
We all want to get laid

Sounds like song lyrics to me (even though they rhyme too much)

We also want to express our individuality too!
