So...the most wonderful thing happened for my helth today. I was working, believe it or not, i occasionaly do work, when a guy came in i saw at hellfest. Sure enough, hes Vegan, so we got to talkin, and hes gonna email me a list of things at my work, i can buy that are vegan, makeing it SOOO much easier for me to be vegan.
As for my friend, she is getting better, she was up and around, said she will be online in a couple weeks, well her brother said she said she would be. i cant waint, i miss her.
My mom, shes radioactive for the next 2 days. They decided to kill off her thyroid, or most of it. so she will become hyperthyroid...great one problem to the next...but this one is easier to treat...i hope
im still depressed and need lots and lots of hugs...or a girl...or both...peferably both...

Good luck with the being a vegan. You might think about taking a higher quality time-release Vitamin B complex supplement. A few, very few, vegans suffer from a lack of Vitamin B. The symptoms, again though rare, can be behaviorly severe.
