My cousin was killed in a car accident.

Cavatelli with sauteed spinach.
One box of frozen spinach, thawed and drained.
1/2 stick butter
2 tbsp olive oil
tbsp chopped garlic (or 4 cloves fresh crushed)
salt
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Saute garlic in butter on medium heat for 2 minute. Add spinach and olive oil, and continue to cook until spinach is hot. Remove from heat. Mix in Parmesan cheese. Toss with cooked cavatelli. Add salt to taste (if needed).
