Guess who's sick of 'out of the box' samples and loops? I know from experience it is NOT difficult to physically sample things, mess with them a little and arrange them into rhythmic patterns. Its becoming really easy to pick the same sampled bass attacks and ride cymbals and hand claps in everything from radio pop to more 'alternative' music (Julien-K is what really got my goat ). SAMPLE, PROCESS, ARRANGE.
