i read 'the strange case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde' today... this is a story that has always held some fascination in me. i'm not entirely sure why... perhaps its the two natured side to things. its making me think a bit. that can only be a good thing i suppose.
on another note... not thinking of chris yesterday till late doesn't mean that your thoughts of him were a mere afterthought. life just sometimes gets in the way. i'm sure if he were still around he wouldn't bust your chops about it, so stop busting your own.

The question is tho did they pretend not to be creepy to woo the unsuspecting girl or use their powers of creepiness to pick up? Cause that's much worse.
My ex is not super attractive, his friends used to call him the hobbit, and I kept getting back together with him for three years. I even slept with him a few more times after he cheated on me and I honestly don't know why. I never thought of him as creepy tho at least not until the last time we hooked up. He had drinks just before he went overseas and about half way through the night I knew he was coming home with me, I didn't know how or why I knew but I did, just like I had heaps of nights before. A few days later I had drinks with a mutual friend who'd been there and apparently Simon had spent the entire second half of the night staring at me. I hadn't noticed because he was right next to me around a big table but apparently he just sat there staring creepily. So obviously its possible to come off as creepy as you send silent vibes to a chick but if you stay in her periphery she doesn't notice.
Oh and then we had really bad sex and he cried about how he was going to miss feeing my body against his and I pretended to go to sleep. I noticed how creepy that was!
