Real estates suck so fucking bad. I've never had a good one. NEVER!!! Usually I don't have much to do with them unless I'm moving 'in' or 'out'..my last moving out experience directly through an agent was when I was moving out of Coorparoo and that was an absolute NIGHTMARE!! I was told 3-4 times, pretty sure it was 4!!! That the bond was ready for collection, each time I double checked, tripple checked, took the time off work to drive from Toowong to Coorparoo and every time there was no fucking bond. I cannot put into words how much that frustrated me....
And moving into the place down here, well, that was a shamozzle!! The fucking powerpoint covers weren't even on, they were sitting there in the fucking packet! They installed a new oven and just chucked the trays etc inside wrapped up in their original packaging...and the mess/dirt/plaster/grit FUCK. I should have rung them the moment we stepped inside but I didn't which is my fault. Now I have to clean up our shit PLUS their shit when we move again.
