Well today's MRI went off without a hitch. The diazepan was essentially a waste of ten bucks, as aside from a 20 minute headspin, all I got was a headache for the rest of the day (on top of my usual one).
Got this week's haul of new comic books (aside from the Supergirl one I forgot existed until I was on the train home...).
Its my mother's 62nd birthday tomorrow so I got her a "with deepest sympathy" card for her. My sister and I are taking her to see the musical production of Aladdin on Sunday evening. Hopefully its a lot better than the Wicked one was. Seeing Wicked almost ruined one of my favourite books for me.
I seem to have forgotten how to play Led Zeppelin's "Rock & Roll". Music really is one of those "use it or lose it" skills, because I can't remember half the shit I used to know, and the stuff I do remember is rusty as a geriatric cock.
Today deserves the bottle of cabernet I am currently enjoying. Its been a stressful week.
