so i've come to the conclusion that i will never understand my dad. yesterday was his birthday, and i met him and my mom at ruby tuesday's for dinner. i had left right from work, and was wearing a skirt. now, my dad had never been informed of my "is" tattoo on my ankle. now, i was trying to be all careful and not let him see, since my ankle was all exposed. but magically at dinner he asked what it said. i told him, explained it, and he was like, "ok."

what the hell??

he hates my ears being pierced as much as they are... but he was totally cool with a tatto that takes up a quarter of my back... and now this??

i shouldn't even try to understand....
