Fragmented thoughts of the day
What's with the small novel tattoos? In the year of our lord nineteen hundred and ninety three, I got a tattoo of one word. I thought I was the baddest dude that ever lived. Now I see long phrases all over. rib cage/ above bag/ above the ass crack/ side boob / back of legs....
Now, don't get me wrong, I'm not advocating against this. I'm just curious as to why? Is it this new "nerd" love? If so, I'm utterly confused about this. "I <3 Nerds" thing is outta control! I will NEVER seen a SG dating a nerd. A nerd is not a hipster. A nerd is the kind of guy who sits in the parents basement coding all night. Drinking Mountain Dew.
Before you get in my business... Knowing of many versions of Nerds, I'm generalizing. But, just playing video games, or just being an actor/theatre geek doesn't make a nerd.
There are certain self evident truths about women and men.
1. When women say what they are looking for in a man if humor... That really means good looking.
2. When men say they "just wanna hang out watching a movie" .... That really means lets make out

Frankly, the hipster moniker is a funny one. So often, I se people ridiculing the category, but then sheepishly including themselves in it. I've always thought lumping people into groups like this was sort of silly. And equally silly to proclaim yourself to be part of such a group. I guess I didn't realize that getting a poem on your ribcage makes you a nerd or a hipster or anything else except for a tad more inky.
