My boyfriend and I just bought a house in NE, no $ down, and also its a first time buyers loan so that we got a pretty good deal, the cool thing is, its a huge house with two sunny bedrooms and huge living space, a nice backyard for my future french bulldog and a TWO CAR GARAGE! and its all ours, the scary part.... its all ours.
If your thinking about buying a house I suggest trying to get the loan, I never thought it could happen (get approved for a loan) but it did and its pretty cool.
