Tell me about it, summer has been so full of work, especially with me attempting to take advantage of squeezing any hours of my job before they shut the doors forever. Might as well work hard and get paid while I can, right? Sucked the life outta my summer but I wouldn't have money to do anything if I didn't work... guess it was a double-edged sword!

I'm thinking about following through with something that my good friend and trainer discussed the other day about meditation. Only I'm going bigger with it. I was told that everyday my routine is simple and boring with no focus on different things. Plus the event of this summer have started to take their mental toll.

Around a month ago I really hit a spot where I disappointed myself to the point of I was have touble focusing and sorta hit a depression. A bad one. Don't like to dwell on it but just thought id say something and hopefully help me get past it. But I must say i've never been so mad at myself.
Well, at the least the addiction is to something good!
As for girls... I'm definitely the last person on the planet to have any sort of answer. I've built up a good tome of what doesn't work, however... although most of that seems to be doing things girls say is awesome but ends up being the last thing they actually think is awesome. Confusing? Yup.
