So there are these things my trainer told me about. Its a vest and you add weights into it. So it tricks your body tthinking its jogging with someone 50 pounds heavier and you burn more fat. They are totally adjustable and used alot when you hit that wall.

Other stores owned by non believers take advantage of this religious-based convention so their employees can party a little harder on Saturday night and then be justified and leaving early.
At least that's my theory and I'm sticking to it. You may hate that stores aren't open, but having worked in many of them I know that damned if it isn't impossible to schedule people for a Sunday morning shift when everyone hates their job and plans to get wasted Saturday night. The employees NEED that time off, either for hangover recovery, sleep, prayer, or all of the above.

I like relaxing chill weekends like that. Good for you man. I went to a street fair two weekends ago, I think, and waited a half hour in line for beer only to get two people away from the register and be told that they just ran out of beer. So we walked to the local downtown area and got shitty drunk. It was fun.

prolly a couple of those days ought to be deticated to my folks as my mom's birthday is aug 2nd, but as i said, i ought to be out and abotu in the knox/richland county area before i take off for the wild wilderness.

Usually when there is something i don't understand, i try to grasp the entire situation, i usually try to hear both sides of the story rather than just jumping to the conclusion that one person is right and the other is wrong. But that's only if details bother you.
