Let's here how Reading Rugby got fucked at the North Bay Tournament... Our team has a rep of talking too much to the referee, which isn't a good thing, but we didn't deserve to be treated like idiots.

Our first game was againt Harrisburg and we beat them 31-7, the ref in that game, some black guy, was blowing up the calls against us being...

Yeah, well that was the wierdest haven't I seen you on the internet thing I have ever heard. If it was like Myspace, maybe, but I never would expect someone to recognize me from this site. but that was awesome.

Thats fucked up that they called your fucking game. I didn't stay that long cause I don't drink and I would have rather gone home then be at the bar all night.

Are you gonna be doing sevens this summer?
venenumliscens:
Yeah, I don't think think I will actually be playing sevens, but I will continue to go to practice as summer just to beat me into proper shape for the fall. Especially this spring being my first season, I am a bit out of shape, So hopefully the fall I will be in a lot better shape

Our last game is tomorrow for the spring season. We go to the North Bay Tournament in Maryland.

A lot has happened since I have been not posting on this blog...

I moved into a nice, new apartment with a killer view of the city.
I got a double labret done. \m/
Growing a small mohawk in (just because I feel like it).
However...I'm still...

Mud...mud...rain...and more mud..

Every inch of my body was caked in mud, in my ears, up my nose, everywhere. Blue Falls Grove was like running on a beach, the ground was so soft it felt like we were running in sand. But, damn it was fun.

Our first game was against White Horse, our 'A' side won that one easily. Our new players, rookies and...

Went to the Forged in Ink tattoo convention last night. I ran into a shitload of people that I haven't seen in a long time, plus met a few new friends.

Needless to say I got drunk as hell listening to the Razorbacks...

Every year that place gets more and more fun. I already can't wait for next year.

My team, Reading Rugby, spent this St. Patrick's weekend in Savannah, GA at the annual tournament that city holds. About 80 teams competed in 7 divisions. My team was in the Black Division.

We won our division handily, we really only had one tough game that required us to score a try in the waning seconds of the 2nd half to win it. The scores...

A few months ago was the banquet for my rugby team - Reading Rugby - needless to say it was a good time and the bar was open for us for 4 hours. Drunkenness happened.

We work closely with the Albright College Rugby team who are a very good team in DII rugby and beat such schools as Wake Forest, Penn State and Tennessee. A...

Still not positive if I'm going to be in Savannah or not, but it's fairly likely I will be. i'll be at the tourney if I am, though, so I'll keep an eye out for your side.

A few Savannah tips:
- "Relaxed" open container law: meaning, you can ask for a "to go" cup at the bars downtown and they will give you one, but don't take anything glass outside with you.
- River Street fills up early and the lines get long quick. Two-fist your drinks once you get there.
- Check www.savannahnow.com for St. Pat's info before you go, if you haven't alredy.
- Don't wander around downtown too much at night... find out where you're going beforehand. You can go from an okay neighborhood to a really, really bad one in about three minutes.
- Have fun.

Well....life's crossroads are a killer.

I spent a long time debating whether or not to enter the personal training business and I am going to make the leap.

I hate my current career. I hate working construction with a bunch of stupid, fat, complaining people. (Not that construction is bad, but I'm way smarter than that).

I have a college degree; therefore, I am going...

I really am a sick fuck...

It is snowing like a bastard here and I am getting ready to drive to rugby practice at Albright college...

It starts at 10PM and I am all geared up for it...and I look out the window and I see tons of snow.

Hey, a plow truck just came by again. As long as they keep that up I...

please tell me you already reserved some kegs for this event??

that's not sick, playing in the show is what i miss- and that's when i was a flyhalf tongue
tightheadprop:
We weren't playing in the snow...we have full contact practices inside the gym...on a hardwood floor, makes for some NICE bruises the next day.

We have beer reserved....don't worry about that.

I work in a bar on the weekends, I got that all covered. smile
