Went there for the annual AAAI/IMSA fitness convention where I took classes to further my career as a personal trainer. It was a very good seminar but I spent it in a very tired state....

i am down to about 1000 calroies and rugby every other day and resistence the other days- i was told by my other trainer to play down the cardio if i don't want to eat up muscle... confused

Well...if you only have 12 days, you are not going to eat up that much muscle. You can still do the cardio and the resistance training and do an "Atkins" type diet and shred up a bit.

12 days isn't going to kill you if you MUST rip the excess fat off.
