In a good mood today.... Reason:

I know I am in good shape, I run a lot, play rugby, lift weights, eat *somewhat* healthy, but whenever I am endurance running I can't catch my wind. I finish 80 minute games but my wind is brutal during those games.

Then I remembered....when I was a kid I was diagnosed with Exercise Induced Asthma. So I was talking with one of my teammates about it and he has the same thing, so he gave me some of his Singulair to take. I've been taking it for 5 days now and last night we had our weekly 5 mile run and I finished it without feeling like my lungs were going to blow through my chest.

Usually around the first mile of the run my lungs are beating my ass but last night that didn't happen at all. You don't know how relieved I am to be able to have this problem fixed.
