My love's Grandmother is doing well. She had a pretty traumatic experience, but everything is okay. She'll be in the hospital for another week or two. She had an abscess 15 inches deep by 9 inches wide on her side. The doctors took out 3 inches of her colon and 9 of her intestines. It was caused by a bacterial infection from a sore on her wrist. She had been getting it looked at and they couldn't figure anything out.

All in all it was a good trip. Calvin and I got to make sure his Grandmother was doing well. We got out of Vancouver for a few days, THANK GOD! Even if it were just Spokane we needed a trip somewhere. Plus we got to see his awesome brother and equally awesome girlfriend. The brother's girlfriend, that is. I bought a new Victoria's Secret bra and some great panties. Which is always notable.

Now I'm am getting ready to see my beloved cousin off at the airport. She is going to Germany for two years. She joined the army. At least she is doing something with her life. I take care of old people, showering them and occassionally wiping asses. Have a great night!
