I've been so lazy today. Went and paid my car insurance. That's about all.
Got a nice check compared to last week. That made me happy this morning. Have to still buy an alternator. Maybe tomorrow. Until then I will just bum rides and sit at Calvins house wishing for my car.
Downloaded some awesome ringtones on my phone. Check this website out if you don't like paying for ringtones. Polyphonic Ringtone Free for all.
Tomorrow I work 10:30 to 4:30. Wonder if I can get away with not riding the bus home, but I doubt it. Grrrr! Then saturday I work at 6am. How awful.
Edit:
Once again I feel the need to have my own place. Moving out would be wonderful. Too bad shit keeps getting in the way!

As to teh job. well...There is a certain dissonance between what we do and the effects it has on the patient. The surgical Motto is "To cut is to Cure" we are basically causing huge wounds to people in an attempt to make our injury be more reparable than their existing one. It is cool as hell to work on the body, to have the chest cracked open and work on resecting a lung while a heart is there beating. It is at times unreal, and very strange. but what makes all the hell and hours and stress worth it is knowing that i am part of one of the biggest moments in a persons life, and it is for the better.
