made my first batch of truffles ever last night.
i tried adding bailey's for flavor but i wasn't sure how much i could add before the chocolate would never solidify again.
couldn't taste it at all in the end.
next batch will be a double, so hopefully i can add more.
tripledead helped out, consequently there are turd shaped truffles. dork.

I don't think chocolate is healthy. I hope nobody has been telling you that. Only someone with a plot to destroy you would tell you such a thing. Be careful
