People have asked for more details, so here they are: I am a go-go dancer at a club called Bondage a-GoGo, and because I'm still on crutches from a recent motorcycle accident, I spent most of the night in a birdcage so Icould use leverage to keep the weight off my bad leg. But everyone was trying to talk me into moving further up, so I let these 2 people - a guy and a girl - help me over to a cube shaped podium. The guy proceded to slide his hand in my underwear, so I hit him, and next thing I knew I was a few feet down on the dance floor. My wrist was twisted and the house medic thought my hip might be fractured. This was the "good" side, so now, pardon the pun, I don't have a leg to stand on. I was rushed to the ER in an ambulance and put on a morphine IV. No break showed up in the x-rays, but the doctor did feel something weird, and said the bone in my pelvis might be chipped. It's obviously bruised, but more so internally. They said a bruise can hurt worse than a break. A friend brought me flowers, but the club producer has yet to check up on me. The lawyer we hired for the bike hit and run said this might impact my ability to collect from the case because they could blame my inability to work on this pervert. I told my friend who works security what the guy did right after he did it - he was staring the guy in the face! But he must have thought I was referring to someone else because he asked this same pud to help me sit down after the fall, later claiming he *didn't see the assailant*. My lawyer said I'll have to take the guy to court to collect damages, and that they'll just say the club should give me workman's comp, but because they pay me under the table, the club will be in of trouble for tax evasion - which is not something I want on my head. It's strange, but I don't have a description of the guy, although I have a few facts about the girl. But I could ID him in a lineup.
