I've noticed that people have a lot of strange ideas about bisexuality. People don't seem to view it the same way as hetero or homosexuality. Is it really so hard to understand that someone can be both? Western culture wants everything to fit binaries but some things just don't. Even the people you would expect to be most understanding sometimes are the most ignorant. Once a lesbian told me she didn't think there was any such thing as a bisexual- that people who think they are bi are just confused. How obnoxious. This isn't a phase, I'm not confused, and I'm not just doing it for attention. I'm attracted to both women and men. What's so incomprehensible about that?
