There's a million reasons not to go any further with the boy I want to be with. I'm no romantic, so practicality prevails but it's bumming me out to some extent.

I want to go on a date, I've never really been on a proper date. What are they like? It seems half fun and half terrible. It would have to be somewhat of a joke for me to get into it, like "haha, look we're on a date how totally silly."

In other news, the birth control shot is doing some weird things to me. My sex drive is easing off a bit, which is good because I was like this lustmonster for a while there. But I don't want to become the antilustmonster either, sometimes crazy horniness is really fun. Also, I seem to be feeling kind of negative lately, more pissy and irritable, which sucks because in between birth control methods (I got off the pill, wasn't on anything for a few months, and then got on the shot), I was super happy and upbeat. I hope it evens out and I'm medium lustful, medium happy.
