According to an advertisement I saw in the train, 1 in 3 California high school kids doesn't graduate from high school. Actually it might have said 1 in 3 does graduate. Either way, a sickeningly high failure rate in the richest place on earth pretty much.

Isn't that horrid? I graduated from a really small high school. My class had about thirty students and only about 24 graduated. Maybe it was even less than that, I don't really remember.
