A very weird thing just happened.

I had a job interview for the Body Shop today. I get there, and a lady (I believe she's the assistant manager) tells me that the store manager left early so she'll have to do the interview. Okay. She asks me a few questions about school, working at the theater, etc. Right.

She says that they do a lot of makeup there, and asks if I'm comfortable wearing at least 5 items of makeup a day. I'm actually wearing 7. Asks if how familiar I am with makeup application and whatnot. I tell her my sister is a MAC artist.

Here's where it gets weird.

She asks where, I say Nordstroms at Park Meadows. She goes, "Brittany!? No, she doesn't have a sister. Whose sister are you?" I say Eponine. She says, "NO WAY! Oh my god, I totally see it now! I love your sister, I haven't talked to her in forever, is she still dating the army guy? Anyway, we can just cut to the quick here, how many hours do you want? Your application says $8 an hour, but I can get you more than that. I'll have to talk to my store manager and we'll totally call you tomorrow or Monday."

We proceed to talk about the MAC girls at Nordstroms, how my sister is doing, her current boyfriend, my sister's current boyfriend, comic books, etc.

So... I guess I got a job. What are the freaking odds?
