okay, so not drunk no more...Ok, so, court yesterday...i found out about an hour b4 my case that the cop was out "sick", ya sure, sick...poor thing couldnt make it to court...then i had to wait in the courtroom for almost 45 minutes b/c the judge had a "temporary" trial...wtf is that...i think thats the court holding out to see if the states civilian witnesses who are responsible for the whole chain of events that lead to my arrest were going to show up late...but they never did...hilarious...so my lawyer said they have no case even if the cop was present...asshole judge granted a continuance but the cop has to prove he was "sick"...he better have a dr.s note(im sure he's got cop connections...lol)
so then my lawyer contended that the witness' should be barred from testifying b/c they didnt appear...but asshole judge says, well they could have gotten into a major accident or something so they would have to prove this to testify...college kids will not go to such lengths
You know but if the state has a case with just the cops, lets see it...i fucking hate the judicial system, its so muthafucking rigged.
i m a single mom have 3 kids no license and i made it...i had to get a ride with my friend, her dog, and a 2yo she takes care of...he took a fucking nap in the waiting area so i could appear in court...it shouldve been dismissed...thats it...thats why i had a little v.s.o.p. last nite..oh and i got my ex off of my condo, so something good happened yesterday, but i m too pissed to enjoy the reality of it...
