So tell me. What should a man do if he has zero clue on what career he should have? I always hear stories of people having wonderful jobs that they love and yet I haven't a clue what I should be looking for. My current job is boring, uninspiring but it pays well and gives me qualifications so I could pursue a career in Sales. It gives me my fall-back option. Basically, if all else fails, I will become a coporate clone. The idea depresses me but at least it gives me a sense of security.
What the hell should I do? I hate 'team' work ethic, despise most people and deeply resent the structure of working environments that revolve around the lamentable 9-5 routine. Some days I wake up at six . Some days I wake up at noon. When I feel inspired, I'll quite happily work until three in the morning. Where does someone go to find out what they want to do!!!!!!!! Grr. I simply don't have a clue and I cannot afford to take risks cause my rent is astronomical. If I lost a weeks wages, I wouldn't be able to buy food for a month.
I need some ritalin.

I hear what you're saying about your job. I recently left a job that I hated but I managed to find a new job now and I'm so much happier. Sometimes it worth taking a leap of faith but I do know how difficult it is to come up with rent here in London! I long for the day when I can play music for a living.
