I don't usually bitch... But, when you are mad at your friends and find no one else to talk to...What do you do? You blog!

It started out innocently enough. A good friend of mine was looking for a room mate and another friend of mine got into a fight with their parents. So, why not they move in with each other. It was fun...

Dude, I've been there. Not this exact situation, but very similar ones. I suppose it's part of growing up, but it sucks. I was always an outsider in my group of friends, the one who said the weird shit and was all tattooed. Maybe I was just fun to have around until the novelty wore off. But now I'm trying to make myself a new group of friends. It's hard. I'm still in the same area and on top of that I'm shy as all fuck. But honestly, SG is great for this. The people I'm making friends with may not be close by and I may only be able to see them once a month or maybe once a year but they're like me. They understand me like my old friends never did and I can actually have good conversations about life with them. I think I kind of went off on a rant. I suppose it's not directly connected to your blog but it's what came to mind for me. Stop by chat tonight, I'll be there. I think Elvis will too. it seems like if someone waits around long enough everyone slowly trickles in.

Life has always been a string of little victories. Small tinges of accomplishments that last long enough for us to garner our next little achievements. I guess that's why x-box has the achivement system...A purpose to track out little steps and add value to the time we spend in front of the tv. Now..Today is a big victory.

I was on the treadmill and ran...

How cold are you all? This is the first time where I was cold enough that I was involuntarily chattering my teeth and I was inside my home. My home is very cheap and the insulation is horrible. It makes the winter very hard on my family considering that the heater is not properly placed in the home and it has been not working at...

The strangest thing is it wasn't creaking of my house. It sounded like someone was dragging something over my gravel driveway and side of our house. It didn't help either that I watched Paranormal Activity. frown

shocked That's a bit....unsettling...to say the least. I have a huge pecan tree so I hear pecans, squirrels, small limbs falling all night. Plus my guest bathroom isn't finished and so only has subfloor down and I think a dog or cat or something gets under there and pushes on it, it's quite annoying.

So, I got on the scale today and I lost another pound! Woot! I'm that much closer to becoming a healthier weight.

Also, I have to fork over my tuition money for school. I applied for FA late and I'm worried how much I am going to get. I want to have enough to pay for the quarter but I'm not too sure how that's...

So, today has been a good day. I went to the educational planner who told me that I had picked all the right classes for where I wanted to go. For those of you who I have not told I plan on majoring in English with an emphasis on creative writing and minor in history. What I am going to focus on is becoming a...

Yeah, I know exactly how it feels. In all honesty I still struggle with fully committing to the diet aspect for me...That's the hardest part for me losing weight. Though, what helped me the most to go work out is a friend I work out with all the time. Find something to be motivated about and someone to help you be motivated.

thanks for the comment smile

Okay, I'm having trouble on the guitar now. It's starting to frustrate me but not to the point where I want to stop trying. It's bothering me because I have a 5th fret to 8th fret spread chord that I can't...I can't reach it. Does anyone have any tips to helping me out?

I can pretty much guarantee that I would not be able to identify a stranger who kicked me in the groin. My first instinct would not be getting details.

ARRR!!!

So, I am officially sick. I'm curled up in a blanket with the warm computer screen keeping me company as I feel horrible. I just ate some Chinese food, which is my favorite, and I feel like I am about to lose it all. That would be a serious waste.

I have been learning Spanish Romance on the guitar and have gotten the first part...

So, I just so happen to get my google wave invite today. It had been at least 2 months since I signed up for it and it's every bit as awesome as I thought it would be. Anyone want some invites?
