so not much is new, I need monies fast so I can finally buy a new amp head. I came up with the brilliant scheme of burning all my DVDs and then selling them. I have 110 of them, so even at 5$ a piece (shitty price) that's still enough to buy me a cheap head that gets LOUD!

now all I have to do is get off my ass and burn them...
scarily enough I don't think that's the first time I've made that statement, only last time I wasn't talking about violating copy protection laws.
There's a band called Shapes of Race Cars that seem interested in having me play with them, but I can't audition till I get a head loud enough to be heard above the thunderous drums. Somehow I'm pretty sure my little 15w practice amp isn't going to do the trick.
The movie went out to more festivals at Seattle, LA, Beverly Hills, and some other one called "methodfest". So we'll hopefully hear back from them within a few weeks.
Plus it's in the hands of a few distributors who should be looking at it as we speak.
well... as I type, I guess.
Looks like my trip to Boston will be postponed until Mayish, that way Renee will be 21 and we can go and paint the town in whatever color represents boozing it up till you pass out...

I'm going to start looking for a new job this week, hopefully something up in the north end of town, so I can be closer to the friends I actually LIKE hanging out with. This 3 hours on the freeway bullshit is pissing me off.
anyway, I hope you're all doing so well your eyeballs hurt.
Random Fact of the Day: I took karate for 4 years when I was younger, so by the time I hit Junior High I had the ability to break bones and dislocate shoulders at will... of course I can't remember a thing from those days now.... YOU WIN AGAIN BOOZE!

Indeed, 45 minutes is way too long. Does that include morning/evening traffic, or going 80 on a freeway? Gas is getting so expensive, too.. Hasn't risen here yet, though they predit a 25 cent increase by the end of the week
I could bike to my job..But, well.. I need a decent bike.. Or a bike in general..
